About Jordan

Jordan was born and raised in Fort St. John, British Columbia, where he was introduced to hunting and the outdoors at a young age. With each passing year, his passion for hunting continued to grow. One of his earliest memories is looking up at his dad's trophy mule deer mount hanging on the wall, amazed at how lifelike it appeared. Even then, he dreamed that one day he would have a trophy of his own proudly displayed.

Jordan has always had a passion for creating and working with his hands. His artistic journey began with woodworking and gradually expanded into other creative pursuits. His true passion for taxidermy ignited when he harvested his first trophy mule deer and decided to take on the challenge of mounting it himself. That experience sparked something deeper, and he quickly realized that taxidermy was a craft he wanted to pursue and master.

After spending years learning and refining his skills on his own mounts, Jordan attended the Penn School of Taxidermy in Calgary, Alberta, where he further developed and perfected his techniques. Following his training, he turned his lifelong passion into a profession and proudly opened Northern Peaks Taxidermy.

Today, Jordan is dedicated to creating high-quality, lifelike mounts that honor each animal and preserve the memories, stories, and achievements behind every hunt.
